- Vennominaga the Deity of Poisonous Snakes works well with any Reptile monsters in your Graveyard even Reptile-type Aliens monsters.
- To make sure to have some Reptile-type monsters in your graveyard for reviving and increasing the ATK of Vennominon the King of Poisonous Snakes and Vennominaga the Deity of Poisonous Snakes, you can use Snake Whistle, Snake Rain, Damage = Reptile, Card Trooper, Magical Merchant, ect.
- Use Damage = Reptile to quickly summon Vennominon the King of Poisonous Snakes to later traibute for Vennominaga.
- To quickly Special Summon Vennominaga the Deity of Poisonous Snakes on the field, make sure you have Vennominon the King of Poisonous Snakes and a set Rise of the Snake Deity on your side of the field, and that Vennominon has the highest ATK on the field.
