"XY-Dragon Cannon":

When Seto Kaiba dueled Yugi Muto, Kaiba creates this monster after fusing his "X-Head Cannon" and "Y-Dragon Head" then has it attack and destroy one of Yugi's monsters (either "Kuriboh" in the manga or "Alpha the Magnet Warrior" in the anime). On the next turn, Kaiba fuses this monster with "Z-Metal Tank" to create "XYZ-Dragon Cannon".
