• This card can be useful in destroying monsters that are rather hard to get rid of such as "Marshmallon", "Spirit Reaper", a blockade of "Shield Wing", "Number 39: Utopia" or "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon".
  • In addition it can remove the hindering effects of certain monsters such as "Photon Crusher", "Fusilier Dragon, the Dual-Mode Beast" or "Beast King Barbaros".

• Use "Forbidden Lance" on this card to ensure that your opponent cannot stop this monster's attack with cards like "Dimensional Prison" or "Mirror Force". "Forbidden Lance's" ATK reduction side-effect will not matter since this card's ATK gain can easily mitigate that. Moreover, you can still gain an additional attack due to this card's effect.

• Decks like Photon/Galaxy, Hieratics, or even Blue-Eyes-based Dragon Decks can Summon this card easily.

• This card can be useful in a Hieratic deck because its effect can restore the attack points of any normal dragon brought out by a Hieratic monster such as Blue-Eyes White Dragon.

• You can also combo this card with "Honest" to inflict even more damage.

• This card's effect can be useful against "Madolche" monsters because most of their effects activate outside the field allowing "Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" to attack again with 4000 or more attack points.

• You can use this card to attack an Elemental Searcher("Mystic Tomato", "UFO Turtle", etc.) because their effects activate in the graveyard and are mandatory. The opponent is forced to special summon a monster in attack position, allowing you to gain the 1000 ATK from its effect and deal more damage from a second attack.

• The text of this card reads: "during the Battle Phase this turn, each time an opponent's card effect resolves, this card gains 1000 ATK until the end of the Battle Phase, also, it can make a second attack during each Battle Phase this turn." This means that if your opponent activates a card effect during the battle phase after you use this monster's effect("Mirror Force", "Dimensional Prison", Etc.), it would be best to use cards that allow those cards to resolve without affecting this monster. (i.e.: Counter Trap cards such as "Seven Tools of the Bandit", "Solemn Judgment", and "Trap Jammer" negate the activation of cards so they do NOT resolve. However, cards like "Forbidden Lance" can protect you from those cards and if "Trap Stun" is chained to those cards, they do resolve but with no effect.
