This unnamed individual claims to be from the organization of Yliaster, possibly being its leader.
Biography
This mysterious person appears before Rudger 17 years prior to the pilot at the famous Nazca Lines, claiming that Rudger should be the one in control of the experiments on the Old Momentum, even if it means getting rid of Dr. Fudo. He also seems to be quite knowledgeable of the 5,000 year old conflict between the Signers and Dark Signers, acknoledging Rudger's Dragon Head Birthmark. After briefly conversing with Rudger, he simply dissapears into a sandstorm.
While not much is known about this man, or his intentions, considering that he was responsible for Rudger's fall and the Zero Reverse, its likely he will show his true face in the future.
Dark Signers
After Yusei Fudo defeated Dick Pitt, he conversed with Rex about the Dark Signers making their move. He also appeared later when Rex went to confront his brother, Rudger, conversing with Lazar, confirming Rex's actions.
