- Special Summon "Scrap Goblin" to easily Synchro Summon level 8 Synchro Monsters, such as "Scrap Dragon", "Stardust Dragon", "Colossal Fighter", etc. Alternatively, Special Summon "Scrap Beast" to Synchro Summon "XX-Saber Gottoms" or "Scrap Twin Dragon".
- Retrieve a "Scrap" Tuner with this card when Summoned, Synchro Summon a monster, then use "De-Synchro" to return this card to the field and reuse its effect.
- If you tribute a "Scrap" monster to summon this card, you can Special Summon the monster back so you lose no advantage in the Tribute Summon.
- You can use this card for an OTK: If you can get 8000 ATK points worth of monsters on your side of the field (remember to include this card's 2300 ATK), use this card's effect to bring back "Scrap Goblin" in ATK position on your opponent's side of the field. Attack "Scrap Goblin" with your monsters and you've probably won.
- You can Special Summon "Scrap Searcher" to your opponent's side of the field to destroy all of their face-up monsters.
- Special Summon this card with "Call of the Haunted" and use it's effect to Special Summon "Scrap Goblin" or "Scrap Beast" on your side of the field. Synchro Summon either "Scrap Dragon" or "Scrap Twin Dragon" and use "Call of the Haunted" that remained on the field to activate their effect.
- If your worried about your opponents "Battle Fader" and/or "Gorz" you can special summon Goblin with this card and repeatedly attack it to inflict damage. Just make sure to find a way to get it off there field if you can't win.
- You can use this card's effect as a fodder for cards like "Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV4."
