• This card's attack name is Vanity Bullet in the Japanese Anime. Its attack name in the English Dub is Vanity Blast.

• The chant for this monster is: "The god that was born from the stars, Show us your absolute power and make the world laugh! Synchro Summon! Descend, Polar God King Loki!

Monster appearances

• This monster briefly appears in episode 123 when all three members of Team Ragnarok are together.

• In episode 126, Broder Synchro Summoned this monster, and used It's effect to counter Crow's Trap Card. In episode 127, both Loki and "Blackwing Dragon" are destroyed, but Loki is brought back via It's own effect. In episode 128, It is destroyed by Majestic Star Dragon", but it comes back. In episode 129, it is once again destroyed by Shooting Star Dragon, but comes back one last time, before being removed from play due to "Gjallarhorns" effect.

• In episode 137, this monster helped keep the Rainbow Bridge going.
