Asian-English

Asian-English is an alternative variaty of cards. AE cards count as counterfeit cards. These cards are not tournament legal.

There are several differences between an Asian-English version and an original version. For example:

  • The "Yu-Gi-Oh!" logo on the back is different from the US version.
  • The card number of an AE card always contain the letters "AE".
  • The card text is always written in bold text, unlike the US version.
  • All AE cards are in 1st Edition.
