- Johnson Summoned this card as part of his opening move, only it was referred to as "Hysteric Angel". Joey Summoned Gearfried the Iron Knight and then activated his Flame Swordsman's Deck Master Ability, taking 500 ATK from him and transferring it to Gearfried, allowing it to destroy Hysteric Fairy.
- Johnson Summoned this card again and attacked Joey directly, dropping his Life Points to 1200. He then Tribute it for Catapult Turtle's effect, dropping his Life Points even lower to 300.
- In International version, when card was Tributed for Catapult Turtle's effect, it charged instead of kick.
