• In Hindu and Buddhist mythology, Nagas are a race of divine beings which take the forms of serpents or snake-people.

• The TCG version of this card is slightly recolored, has more skin covered and the lines of cleavage are erased. Vennominaga's bustline is also reduced.

• This card is one of the few monsters that has blanket immunity from spells, traps and effects of monsters. The only things that can send it to the Graveyard are battle or the effects of Lava Golem and Volcanic Queen.
