Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: Pyramid of Light
- During the Duel between Seto Kaiba and Maximillion Pegasus, Pegasus sets this card on his first turn after summoning his "Toon Gemini Elf" to the field. It would later be activated after Pegasus used "Monster Reborn" to revive "Toon Gemini Elf" from the Graveyard (after Kaiba used "Attack Guidance Armor" to redirect an attack from "Toon Dark Magician Girl" to "Toon Gemini Elf"). Pegasus used the effect of "Ultimate Offering" to Normal Summon "Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon" (after Tributing "Toon Gemini Elf" for it), and then "Toon Summoned Skull" (This was possible due to the effect of "Cost Down", which downgraded all of the Levels of Pegasus's monsters; Note that this would not be possible in the actual OCG/TCG, as summoning "Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon" and "Toon Summoned Skull" from the hand are considered Special Summons, but "Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon" would still require 2 Tributes, and "Toon Summoned Skull" would still require 1 Tribute).
Yu-Gi-Oh! GX
- The card appears briefly in the first opening where Jaden Yuki flashes his "And that's game!" sign.
- Frantz used this card in his Duel against Jaden Yuki. He activates this card via the effect of "Trap Booster". This allowed him to Normal Summon two more copies of "Ra's Disciple" from his hand as he had already Normal Summoned one to the field. He however had to pay 1000 Life Points to summon the two extra copies of "Ra's Disciple" (500 Life Points per monster). He then Tributes his three monsters to Summon "The Winged Dragon of Ra". This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
Video Games
- Salida Noula uses this in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's World Championship 2009: Stardust Accelerator to speed up the effect of "King's Knight".
