- Leichter used this card in his Duel against Seto Kaiba. He activates this card to negate Kaiba's "Heavy Storm" in order to protect his life-boosting Trap Cards; Solemn Wishes and Life Absorbing Machine from being destroyed. On Leichter's Standby Phase he pays 700 Life Points to keep this card's effects active. He later destroys it as he didn't want to pay any Life Points to keep this card active with his Life Points so low.
- Rebecca Hawkins activates this card when Vivian Wong activates "Mystical Space Typhoon" to destroy Rebecca's "Gravity Bind", efficiently negating her "Mystical Space Typhoon's" effect. Not only that, but Rebecca chained "Scapegoat" to this card shortly after as the last card activated resolves first in a Chain. On her Standby Phase, Rebecca chooses not to pay to keep this card active, resulting in this card being destroyed.
- This card is seen in Yugi's explanation on how chaining works(which occurred during Rebecca's Duel with Vivian). Because "Scapegoat" was activated after "Imperial Order" was activated, Yugi's friends were confused on why "Scapegoat" wasn't destroyed when it was activated, so Yugi explained on what happened.
