- Q: When I activate "Elemental Training" by flipping it face-up, can I also activate its effect that discards my entire hand, then adds "Elemental Lord" monsters from my GY to my hand during the same Chain?
- A: The effect of "Elemental Training" that discards your entire hand, then adds "Elemental Lord" monsters from your GY to your hand is activated by sending "Elemental Training" itself from your field to the GY as the cost. Therefore, you cannot activate that effect as part of the same Chain Link as the activation of the card itself, nor during a higher Chain Link in the same Chain.[1]
