  • In episode 139, Crow Hogan uses this card during his Ground Duel with Akiza Izinski against Sherry LeBlanc. After "Blackwing - Bora the Spear" is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard via the effect of "Ecole de Zone", Crow Special Summons this card from his hand via its own effect. Due to this card's effect, its Special Summon isn't negated by the effect of "Ecole de Zone". Sherry then activates "Fleur de Vertiges" to banish this card, but Crow activates "Down Force" to negate "Fleur de Vertiges" and destroy it. Akiza was shocked that Sherry had summoned a Blackwing monster to her side of the field and wondered how did that happen. This card then attacks Akiza's "Mask Token", but Sherry activates "High Half" to halve the ATK of Akiza's "Mask Token". This card then destroys the Token (Akiza sees this as this card attacking her token and her Token mysteriously getting its ATK halved through unknown means before this card destroys it). Later Akiza figures out that Sherry was using an illusion to make her and Crow battle each other. Akiza then uses this card's effect to tune her "Mask Token" with this card in order to Synchro Summon "Black Rose Dragon". Due to this card's effect, the Synchro Summon of "Black Rose Dragon" isn't negated by the effect of "Ecole de Zone". In the next episode, this card's silhouette is shown when Crow activates "Blackback".
    • In the first above-mentioned episode, this card appears in a flashback Akiza has when she remembers Yusei telling his friends that they need to learn how each others' Decks work in order for them to fight like a team.
    • In the first above-mentioned episode, this card appears in a flashback Crow has when he wonders why did Sherry use her first Trap in an attempt to banish this card and her second Trap to halve her own "Mask Token's" ATK when this card attacked the token. Crow eventually figures out that Sherry is using an illusion to make Crow and Akiza fight each other.
