- In episode 122, Fonda Fontaine uses this card during her Duel against Jaden Yuki while the former was a Duel Ghoul. After Jaden took damage from the effect of "Dark Cure" (due to the effect of Fonda's "Nurse Reficule the Fallen One", all Life Point increases that Jaden would receive are changed to damage), Fonda activates this card and equips it to "Nurse Reficule". Due to this card's effect, "Nurse Reficule" gains 1000 ATK until the End Phase, which prevents Jaden from attacking "Nurse Reficule" with "Flame Wingman". On Jaden's End Phase, this card's effect expired. After Jaden took damage from the effects of two "Burning Algae", this card increases the ATK of "Flame Wingman" by 1000 until the End Phase. On Fonda's End Phase, this card's effect expired. After "Elemental HERO Wildheart" attacks and destroys "Nurse Reficule", this card is destroyed.
- When this card was equipped to "Nurse Reficule the Fallen One" in the anime, the effect was expressed by shackles appearing on "Reficule" similar to the ones that were on the man in this card's artwork.
