"Doll of Demise":

In the international anime, this card's axe and rake are obscured to make it look like the weapons are part of its arms.

In episode 60, this card can be seen in Arkana's hand during his Duel against Yami Yugi. He is forced to discard this card due to Yugi's "Card Destruction". In the next episode, Arkana summons this card in Attack Position. He then activates "Ectoplasmer" and activates its effect to select "Fiend" and Tribute this card in order to inflict damage to Yami Yugi equal to half of this card's ATK.

In episode 74, this card appears all three times when small clips are shown going through a black background before we see a flashback of a Battle City Duel(s).

In episode 104, this card can be seen when Joey Wheeler was building his Virtual World Deck for his Duel against Johnson.

In the Dub, when this card was played, it was a Level 5 monster when clearly it's a Level 4 monster as shown below.
