OCG Rulings

  • The effect of "[[:]]" targets one to two of your opponent's monsters.[1]
  • Your opponent reveals one Monster Card in his hand when the effect of "[[:]]" begins resolving.[1]
  • The effect of "[[:]]" may or may not destroy a monster at resolution, so the effect of "Stardust Dragon" cannot be Chained to it.[2]
