OCG Rulings
- The effect of "Avenging Knight Parshath" which changes an opponent's monster's battle position targets one face-up monster on your opponent's side of the field.[1]

- "Avenging Knight Parshath's" first effect is an Ignition Effect. Its second effect is a Continuous Effect.[2]
