- Q: A "Destrudo the Lost Dragon's Frission" that was Special Summoned by its own effect and is treated as Level 6 is face-up on my field. In this situation, can I activate "Celestial Observatory" by returning that "Destrudo the Lost Dragon's Frission" to the bottom of the Deck?
