OCG Rulings
- Tributing 1 Token you control is a cost to activate the effect that Special Summons 1 "Mecha Phantom Beast" monster from your hand.[1]
- The effect that Special Summons 1 "Mecha Phantom Beast" monster from your hand does not target.[1]

OCG Rulings
- If "Mecha Phantom Beast Megaraptor" and a Token you control would be destroyed simultaneously by "Dark Hole", the Token is destroyed, but since the "While you control a Token, this card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects." effect of "Mecha Phantom Beast Megaraptor" is applied, "Mecha Phantom Beast Megaraptor" is not destroyed and remains on the field.[2]
- Even if you Normal Summon "Mecha Phantom Beast Megaraptor" while you control a Token, "Solemn Judgment" can be activated. Furthermore, since the "While you control a Token, this card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects." effect of "Mecha Phantom Beast Megaraptor" only applies while it's face-up on the field, and since a "Mecha Phantom Beast Megaraptor" whose Normal Summon is negated by "Solemn Judgment" is not considered to be a card on the field, "Mecha Phantom Beast Megaraptor" is destroyed by "Solemn Judgment".[3]
