• Fortune Lady Earth: If the Level of "Fortune Lady Earth" is reduced by an effect like "Miniaturize", the effect to inflict damage will not activate when "Fortune Lady Earth's" Level returns to normal.

OCG Rulings

• If the effect of "Miniaturize" is no longer applied, then it is not treated as "increasing the monster's Level". Thus, if "Fortune Lady Earth" has its Level decreases to 6 by the effect of "Miniaturize", then when the effect of "Miniaturize" is no longer applied and the Level of "Fortune Lady Earth" returns to 7, then the effect of " Fortune Lady Earth" will not activate.
