TCG Rulings
- “Morphtronic Mix-up” targets 2 cards at activation. Your opponent picks a card at resolution. If something happened during the chain to remove 1 of the 2 cards, the remaining card is automatically chosen.[1]
OCG Rulings
- Your opponent chooses one of those cards at resolution.[2]
- If an effect is Chained to "Morphtronic Mix-up" so that one of the targeted cards is not on the field when "Morphtronic Mix-up" resolves, then your opponent must select and destroy the remaining card.[3]
