• The "You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Number 39: Utopia" you control as the Xyz Material" is not treated as the effect of an Effect Monster.

• Placing this face-up card on top of "Number 39: Utopia" is treated as properly Xyz Summoning this card.

• The effect "If your opponent's LP is at least 3000 higher than yours: You can detach 3 Xyz Materials from this card and pay LP so that you only have 10 left; destroy as many Special Summoned monsters your opponent controls as possible, and if you do, banish them, then inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each monster banished" is the activation effect. (This effect does not targeted. Detaching 3 Xyz Materials from this card and paying LP until you only have 10 is a cost to activate this effect.)

• The application of "inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each monster banished" is performed after the application of "destroy as many Special Summoned monsters your opponent controls as possible, and if you do, banish them" resolves.
