OCG Rulings
- This card can be activated during the Damage Step.[1]
- If 3 monsters including a WATER monster were destroyed by the effect of "Dark Hole" and "Torrential Reborn" was activated, if 1 of the monsters in the Graveyard is no longer in the Graveyard when "Torrential Reborn" resolves, the remaining 2 monsters are still Special Summoned.[2]
- Even if a WATER monster and a non-WATER monster are destroyed simultaneously by the effect of "Dark Hole" and sent to the Graveyard, "Torrential Reborn" can be activated. In that case, not only your WATER monster but also the non-WATER monster that was sent to your Graveyard can be Special Summoned by this effect.[3]
