"A Feather of the Phoenix":

This card works well with "Destiny HERO - Diamond Dude", especially with Normal Spell Cards that have high costs or otherwise unattainable activation requirements.

You can include this card in an Exodia Deck, if any of the Exodia cards are sent to the Graveyard.
- You can also use this card to recover some other key cards. In a Hope for Exodia Deck for example, you can use this card to recover Hope for Escape, and if you have cards that allow you to instantly draw like Upstart Goblin, One Day of Peace, etc, you can get it right away to use it again.

Use this card to put a needed card ("Monster Reborn" or "The Dark Creator") on top of your Deck before using "Sky Scourge Norleras" effect. This way you can get much ahead of your opponent.

In "Fabled" Decks, this card can be a very powerful tool. Use this card to discard "Fabled" monster, then summon "Fabled Ragin" to draw the card you did put on top. This way you can reuse Limited Spells, like "Monster Reborn", without losing much card advantage.
- Pretty much any deck with enough Draw Power can use this card this way.

This card works well with "Destiny HERO - Dasher"'s effect, because you can put one monster on top of your Deck from the Graveyard. The monster you place onto of the deck gets to be Special Summoned the next turn.

If you have a "Destiny HERO - Dreadmaster" in your Graveyard and a "Destiny HERO - Dasher" in your hand, activate this card and send "Destiny HERO - Dasher" to the Graveyard and "Destiny HERO - Dreadmaster" back to the top of your deck. When you draw "Destiny HERO - Dreadmaster", you can use "Destiny HERO - Dasher's" effect to Special Summon "Destiny HERO - Dreadmaster" to the field.

You can combo this card with cards like "Jar of Greed", "Upstart Goblin", "Destiny Draw" and "Allure of Darkness" to get the chosen card in your hand right away.

By sending a monster like "Gene-Warped Warwolf" to the top of your deck, you can use "Reversal Quiz" safely and have a monster to possibly finish your opponent off with next turn.

This card can work well with the "Infernity" cards, since you will probably try to eliminate your hand. Also you can use it to put back a fallen "Infernity Archfiend" during your next turn, and then Special Summon it and search for another Infernity card.
- Combo this card with "Infernity Archfiend" in your graveyard, "Sky Scourge Norleras" and "Phantom of Chaos" to take advantage of Archfiend's effect right away.
This card is amazing in an Absolute Zero Deck. You can Discard 1 "Destiny HERO - Malicious" or any HERO/Water Monster to be fused in the Graveyard with "Miracle Fusion". Then, select your Normal Spell Card in your Graveyard and place it on top of your Deck. Good Normal Spell Cards in an Absolute Zero Deck would be "Destiny Draw", "Advance Draw", "Miracle Fusion", "Allure of Darkness", "Reinforcement of the Army", "E - Emergency Call", etc. because you can activate the Effect of the Normal Spell Cards in the Graveyard by "Destiny HERO - Diamond Dude's" Effect. Since you put the designated card on top of your Deck, "Destiny HERO - Diamond Dude's" effect will work well in conjunction with this card, and you don't have to pay the Normal Spell Cards' costs.

This card works very well with "Wulf, Lightsworn Beast" in a "Lightsworn" Deck. First, discard a card. Then, add an "Wulf, Lightsworn Beast" to the top of the Deck and mill it during the End Phase, to Special Summon it in the same turn.

This card can also add key cards back to the deck so you can Draw them during the next turn.

This card can help if you have a hard time returning your "Madolche" cards from your graveyard back to your Deck.

This card works very well in "Sylvan" Decks, as you can Top-Deck "Sylvan"s from the Graveyard to subsequently excavate them and use their effects.
If "Palladium Oracle Mahad" ends up in your Graveyard, use this card to return it to your Deck so you can Summon it upon drawing it.

Traditional Format

This card works well with "Sky Scourge Norleras" for placing "Dimension Fusion" on top of your deck before you destroy the field. With the right cards removed from play, you can win in one turn.
In a Gambling Deck, this card can put "Sixth Sense" on top of your Deck after having previously used it alongside "That Six" to replenish your hand.
Use this card to place "Super Rejuvenation" on top of your Deck. When you draw it again during your End Phase, activate it again to draw twice the number of cards.
