- This card can also be used in conjuction with its counterpart, "Numinous Healer" and "Nutrient Z," both of which increase your Life Points when you take damage, as well as "Inferno Tempest."
- Like its two counterparts, this card's efficacy can be boosted if it is Sent to the graveyard or Destroyed while in resolution. Cards like "Double Cyclone" or "Emergency Provisions" can facilitate this and boost "Attack and Receive's" damage output.
- Combine this card with "Tremendous Fire" (or any self-damaging card, like "Against the Wind") to inflict additional damage to your opponent.
