"Blast with Chain":

You can easily get this card's destruction effect by equipping it to "Gearfried the Iron Knight".

Use "Heavy Storm", "Mystical Space Typhoon" or any other card that destroys Trap Cards to quicken the activation of this card's effect.

"Double Cyclone" goes perfectly with this card, use it to destroy this card, and you can destroy a Spell or Trap Card along with a monster.

"Harpies' Hunting Ground" pretty much gives you 6 chances to destroy any card using "Blast with Chain" with your 3 "Harpie Queen" and the best "Harpie Lady" or "Harpie Lady 1". You can speed this up even further if you have a "Swallow's Nest".

Use this card in a "Scrap" Deck, where you can target it with the effect of "Scrap Dragon" or "Scrap Twin Dragon" for an instant +1, you play the Equip Card, monster gets slight boost, when that equipped card is off the field, you get more card removal as an added bonus.
