This card's effect can destroy your own "Dark Contract" cards in the Standby Phase, before their negative effects trigger.

This card can easily be Fusion Summoned by Tributing "D/D/D Marksman King Tell" or using it as a Fusion Material to send it to the Graveyard. Then, use the effect of "Tell" to send "D/D Necro Slime" from your Deck to your Graveyard. Banish both "Tell" and "Necro Slime" with the effect of "Necro Slime" to Fusion Summon this card.
