- If "Macro Cosmos" and this card are on the field, you can use "Grand Convergence" to clear the field of monsters, activate this card's effect, then return it to the GY with "Fortune's Future" to draw 2 cards.
- Summon this card, then use "Fortune Lady Calling" to Special Summon "Fortune Lady Past", and use its effect to banish this card and increase its own Level, then activate this card's effect to set up for a Synchro Summon. If you banished 1 extra Spellcaster to increase "Past's" Level to 3, you can Special Summon "Fortune Lady Water" to draw 2 cards and Synchro Summon "Fortune Lady Every".
- Special Summon this card from your GY with "Kinka-byo"; when it leaves the field, such as when used as Link Material, this card will be banished, activating its effect.
- Special Summon "Fortune Fairy Hikari" from your hand to destroy this card and Special Summon a Level 1 Spellcaster from your Deck without causing this card's effect to miss timing.
- Use "Kuraz the Light Monarch" to activate this card's effect and draw a card.
- Use "Ruthless Denial" to activate this card's effect and make your opponent discard a card.
- If "Fortune Lady Light" is destroyed by the effect of "Garlandolf, King of Destruction", then its effect will not miss the timing and it will activate for its search and special summon effect, which is a great counter play if you summon "Fortune Lady Fire" to destroy "Garlandolf, King of Destruction".
- Similarly, this can be done against "Judgment Dragon" and "Demise, King of Armageddon". It's best to chain a "Graceful Revival" to their effect, Special Summoning "Fortune Lady Light".
- "Fortune Lady Light" can help maintain the "Secret Village of the Spellcasters" which prevents your opponent from activating Spell Cards.
- Activate "Magical Dimension" to Special Summon this card from your hand, then destroy it to activate its effect.
- Although it may be very slow, you can use "Forgotten Temple of the Deep" with "DNA Surgery", naming either Aqua, Fish, or Sea-Serpent as types, to banish this card repeatedly. Just make sure you aren't chaining the banishing effect of "Forgotten Temple of the Deep" to another effect or else you'd miss the timing for "Fortune Lady Light". One of the best parts to using this is if you have more than one "Forgotten Temple of the Deep" on the field along with "DNA Surgery", during the End Phase of your turn you can activate any unused "Forgotten Temple of the Deep" to banish "Fortune Lady Light" and summon a Fortune Lady from your deck. The same "Fortune Lady Light" that was banished will return, since it is still the End Phase, and you can still activate any unused "Forgotten Temple of the Deep" to summon even more Fortune Ladies.
