"Ljosalf of the Nordic Alfar":

This card is a good way to summon Odin, Father of the Aesir, if you have a Level 4 monster on the field and Valkyrie of the Nordic Ascendant in your hand, summon this card and with its effect, summon Valkyrie, then you can use them all to Synchro Summon Odin.

This tip also works for Thor, Lord of the Aesir, if instead, you have Guldfaxe of the Nordic Beasts in your hand and a Level 2 monster on the field or if you can special summon one, like Quillbolt Hedgehog, etc.
