- To ensure that "Nitro Warrior's" effect is activated, cards like "Earthquake", "Stumbling", "Card Rotator", "Block Attack", etc can be used on the opponent's monsters before or during the controller's turn, depending on the card.
- By Special Summoning Level 5 monsters through easy methods such as "Cyber Dragon", "The Tricky", "Sillva, Warlord of Dark World" or "Instant Fusion" and then Normal Summoning "Nitro Synchron", "Nitro Warrior" can be easily Synchro Summoned.
- "Cold Wave" can be used to grant this card the ATK boost and protect it from Spells and Traps until the end of your opponent's next End Phase.
- "Revival Gift" can help Summon "Nitro Warrior" and provide 2 Tokens it can attack to inflict damage.
- "Junk Synchron" can be used to revive "Nitro Synchron". Doing this while "Quillbolt Hedgehog" is in the Graveyard, allows to player to easily Summon "Nitro Warrior", by first Summoning "Junk Warrior"
- "Gather Your Mind" or "Power Tool Dragon" can be used to ensures the player has a Spell Card each turn.
- "Ojama Trio" can be used with "Nitro Warrior" to inflict at least 3400 damage. 2800 damage is from attacking the second Ojama while the Ojama tokens themselves deal 300 upon their destruction. You can also use Stop Defense on a token to cause further damage.
- Summoning "Quickdraw Synchron" by discarding "Quillbolt Hedgehog" and then reviving "Quillbolt Hedgehog" with its effect is a quick way to get Synchro Material Monsters for "Nitro Warrior".
- "Enemy Controller" can be used to make sure there is a Defense Position monster for "Nitro Warrior's" effect to activate and provide "Nitro Warrior" with the ATK boost.
- Equip an equip card onto "Nitro Warrior" to raise its attack for both of its attacks, especially because activating the equip is a spell and grants its 1000 attack increase.
- "Stop Defense" and "Block Attack" allow monsters on your opponent's field to be in the perfect position in order to deal massive damage. All while using a spell during the turn. Using "Enemy Controller" is ideal.
- Normal Summon Synchron Explorer and Special Summon "Quickdraw Synchron" from your Graveyard, then Synchro Summon this monster.
- Normal Summon "Marauding Captain" to special summon "Nitro Synchron". Then activate "Give and Take" to special summon "Weeping Idol" to your opponents side of the field in defense mode. "Weeping Idol" is level two giving you enough stars to synchro summon and it has 0 ATK so your opponent will take massive damage if "Nitro Warrior" destroys another monster first.
- By discarding "Dandylion" to special summon "Quickdraw Synchron" you can tune him with the new Tokens created by "Dandylion", for "Nitro Warrior".
- Once you get "Nitro Warrior" out, a good strategy is to use "Fortress Warrior" to attack face-down monsters. With only 600 ATK, he probably won't destroy them, but you won't take battle damage and their monster will be left in face-up defense position.
