- Unlike its pre-evolution, this monster has little to no offensive or defensive capability of its own, and requires support to make its effects worthwhile.
- Consider pairing "Heart-eartH Chaos Dragon" alongside other Ranked-Up "Number C" cards - you will already have the "Rank-Up-Magic" Spells in your Deck to get them out, and their high ATK can take advantage of this monster's life-gaining effect.
- Also, one can use "Xyz Territory" or "Xyz Unit" - or better yet, both - to give this monster enough ATK to take advantage of all of its effects offensively.
- Due to its low ATK, this card can work well with "Heart of Clear Water" in play to protect it. "Number Wall" is also a good defensive card.
- This card works well with is original form and "Number 43: Manipulator of Souls".
