- This card can be searched by "Dark Sage", "Ancient Gear Drill", "Alchemic Magician", "Spell Calling", "Quick Booster", "Mecha Phantom Beast Jaculuslan", "Spiritual Beast Cannahawk" and "Ritual Beast Ulti-Cannahawk".
- You can use this card to quickly Special Summon "Ritual Beast Ulti-Gaiapelio". However, it will not be able to use its negating effect if Summoned this way.
- This card is particularly useful for its OTK potential, or allowing your monster to dodge various effects (mostly Battle Phase-ending card such as "Nekroz of Valkyrus" or "Swift Scarecrow")
- When used to summon "Ulti-Gaiapelio", each copy of this card is capable of dealing 3200 damage, plus 500 damage for every activation of "Spiritual Beast Apelio's" effect during the turn.
- You can use this card during your opponent's turn to Summon "Ritual Beast Ulti-Pettlephin" for dodging mass-removal cards like "Dark Hole", "Raigeki", or "Volcanic Scattershot".
- You can also use this card to allow one more search with "Ritual Beast Ulti-Cannahawk".
- Since this card only mentions 2 "Ritual Beast" monsters, you can use this card to Special Summon "Ritual Beast Ulti" monster with either 2 "Ritual Beast Tamer" or 2 "Spiritual Beast" monsters, which is impossible otherwise.
- However, the monster you Summoned will be unable to activate its de-fuse effect, unless you have at least 1 of each "Ritual Beast Tamer" or "Spiritual Beast" monster in your so-called banished zone. With that in mind, "Ulti-Pettlephin" is usually the best option in this aforementioned scenario.
