- This card can be searched by "Dogu", "Single Purchase", "Temple of the Kings", "Transmodify", "Broken Blocker", "Serpentine Princess", "Vampire Dragon", "Gleipnir, the Fetters of Fenrir", "BOXer", "Frontline Observer", "Giant Rat", "Sphere of Chaos", "Dragunity Corsesca", "Ninjitsu Art of Transformation", "Super-Nimble Mega Hamster" and "Key Mouse".
- This card can be easily Special Summoned using "Super-Nimble Mega Hamster" and then flipped into face-up attack position, allowing you to activate it's second effect.
- When a Beast-Type monster you control is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can chain the effect "Yellow Baboon, Archer of the Forest" to Special Summon both from your hand.
- This card's effect can be easily used by activating "Final Attack Orders" summoning or setting "Tanngnjostr" in defense and when it's face-up (including flipped face-up because it was attacked) it switches to attack and you are allowed to summon a Nordic Beast
- "Beast Soul Swap" can be used to effectively swap "Tanngnjostr of the Nordic Beasts" with "Tanngrisnir of the Nordic Beasts" after it's special summoned after an attack but the opponent has more attacks. so you can special summon it again by it's own effect after it's safe and get 2 surprise tokens.
- "Burst Rebirth" can be used to bring "Tanngnjostr of the Nordic Beasts" back from the grave on your opponent's end phase for a surprise special summon on your main phase.
- "Stronghold Guardian" and "Hedge Guard" will keep this card on the field long enough to use it's effect.
