• "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" is the only card to have 5 different artworks.

• "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" is one of the only two cards in the game to have an official Chinese version, the other being "Dark Magician".

• This card is the cover card for TCG expansion, Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon.

• Contrary to popular belief, this card was originally the main monster of Yugi Moto, but it was a last second decision to change this monster to Seto Kaiba's primary monster.

• "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" is the strongest Normal Monster in the game.

• Some people say that this card was the first Yu-Gi-Oh! designed card by Kazuki Takahashi, although this is not confirmed.

• This card has three counterparts "Red-Eyes Black Dragon","White Night Dragon", and "Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon".

• "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" is featured in the artwork of "Dimension Explosion".

• The attack of this monster is named "Burst Stream of Destruction" . A Spell support card of the same name has also been released in the game. However, in the dubbed anime, the attack is called "White Lightning"
