  • In episode 17 of Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters, "Call Of The Haunted" is used as a magic/spell card instead of a trap card when Bonz played it.
    • However, the base of the card was colored the same purplish color as any other trap card, not green, thus it still appeared to be a trap, even though Bonz stated it was a magic/spell card.
    • Also when Bonz used it, it brought back "Zanki", "Crawling Dragon" and "Crass Clown" as there Zombie forms "Armored Zombie", "Dragon Zombie" and "Clown Zombie", also whenever these monsters were destroyed it revived them with an attack increase.
  • The words "κοναμι" and "ηανακο" are written in Greek on the the graves depicted on this card. The first word is obviously "Konami" while the second word has no actual meaning in Greek.
    • Using a standard English keyboard with the Greek language selected, typing "konami" results in "κοναμι", while typing "hanako" results in "ηανακο". Hanako is a Japanese female name.
