"Cyber Tutubon":

"Tutubon" is a type of tutu costume worn by a female ballet dancer without the attached bodice.

This card's effect of Special Summoning itself from the hand by Tributing a Fairy and Warrior-Type monster is a reference to Alexis Rhodes and her usage of the "Cyber Angels" archetype and the "Cyber Girl" series, both of which primarily consists of Fairy and Warrior-Type monsters respectively.
