"Dragon Ice" was 1 of 3 cards designed by fans, in a contest held by by Upper Deck Entertainment and 4Kids, that were made as real cards. The other 2 cards were Tongue Twister and Skreech.

A common misprint of this card replaces the card's title with that of Super Vehicroid - Stealth Union.
This card's appearance resembles Alastor, Boss from PC game Painkiller, but it's colored red instead of blue.
