This card's OCG/TCG Summoning conditions are a reference to Yu-Gi-Oh! GX episode 03838: "Get Yarr Game On!", specifically to the scene where Jaden Yuki first Special Summoned this card (which was a Fusion Monster in the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX anime) by using "Metamorphosis" on "Elemental HERO Bubbleman".
- However, with "Metamorphosis" being Forbidden in the Advanced Format, this card can only be Summoned with the effect of "Elemental HERO Flame Wingman - Infernal Rage" and "A Wild Monster Appears!".

This card, along with "Elemental HERO Air Neos", are the only "HERO" monsters that have yet to be reprinted following the re-rendering of the name of the archetype from "Hero" to "HERO".
