- This monster, as well as Elemental Hero Neos and Neo Space Pathfinder most likely derives from the Tokusatsu Ultraman genre, or possibly Guyver.
- "Alius" is Latin for "another".
- Elemental Hero Captain Gold and Elemental Hero Neos Alius are the only Elemental Heroes who haven't made an appearance in either the Anime or the Manga.
- This is the only Elemental Hero monster that is also a Gemini Monster.
