- This card is the Cover Card for Structure Deck 13: Revival of the Great Dragon and Structure Deck: Rise of the Dragon Lords.
- This card appears in the artwork of "Trade-In" and "Grave of the Super Ancient Organism".
- This card name possibly combining the words "Fell" and "Grant" very identical to his effect which he gains ATK from the Fallen Monster
- This card's name could also be a combination of "Fell" and "Grand" fell could be a reference to it only being Special Summoned from the graveyard and "Grand" possibly meaning it being a grand dragon.
