• This card is the most recently-released "Guardian" monster and also the longest to be made into a real card.

• The alternative name of Eatos, Aetos, means "Eagle" in Greek.

• Though "Guardian Eatos" is a member of the "Guardian" archetype, it does not require an Equip Spell Card to be face up in order to summon it. Also, the Equip Spell Card that is related to it in the anime, "Celestial Sword - Eatos", has not been released in the real card game.

• This card has the same ATK as all four protaganists from the series.

• This card bears striking apperances as Native American Indians.
