  • In the earlier episodes of the original series this card's name was "Harpie's Lady"
  • "Harpie Lady's" wings seems to always change color:
  • Despite the name, "Harpie Lady" much more closely resembles the Furies than it does harpies:
    • Harpies are depicted as monstrous birds with human heads, while Furies are depicted as women with wings and claws. In addition, in mythology there existed a great many harpies butonly three Furies, which are sisters (reflected by the limitation of only 3 of the "Harpie Lady" cards to a deck at a time.
      • However, this depiction is historically inaccurate; in the original mythology, harpies were depicted simply as women with wings. Their frequent portrayal as monstrous bird-women was due to a confusion between harpies and the Sirens.
    • The Furies were depicted as using whips and flails as weapons, similar to the Harpies' Electro-Whip and Rose Whip equip spells.
