- This is the fourth Synchro Monster that requires "Junk Synchron" as the Tuner Monster. The other three are "Junk Warrior", "Junk Archer", and "Junk Gardna".
- However, in terms of OCG cards, it is the third Synchro that uses "Junk Synchron" as the Tuner as "Junk Gardna" has not been turned into a real card yet.
- This is the strongest "Junk" monster to be released.
- This card resembles an Asura.
- This card's four arms are likely a reference to how many cards it can destroy.although in teachual terms if your the type that likes to do things harder for the fun of it the maxium that junk destroyer can destroy is actually 7 if you downgrade "junk synchron" to a level one with 2 spell cards level tuning or the spell card demotion
- This card also resembles Mazinkaiser. Its head is very similar, and the "wings" on its back resemble the Kaiser Scrander.
- This card can also be said to resemble the Gundam Double X from the mecha series After War Gundam X due to a similar color scheme, X shaped wing binders and the use of notable sound effects from the Mobile Suit Gundam franchise during the battle scenes with this card in Episode 101.
