"Skilled Blue Magician":

Of the "Skilled Magician" cards, "Skilled Blue Magician" and "Skilled Red Magician" are considered counterparts, each card having an ATK equal to its respective DEF, being able to Summon any monster from an archetype and having the additional ability to place a Spell Counter on a card, by banishing itself from the Graveyard.

As a "Skilled Magician", this card can Summon high-Level monsters used by Yami Yugi; "Gaia The Fierce Knight" and "Swift Gaia the Fierce Knight".
