Two card backings appear in this card's artwork, one of them with its colors inverted.

This card was released to commemorate the milestone of 10,000 cards in the OCG, which was passed with the Core Booster in which this card was first printed in, Ignition Assault.
- Fittingly, this card's password is 00010000.
  - This is also the second smallest password value of all cards in the OCG/TCG, after Labrynth Cooclock.
  - This is the first password value to be a power of 10.
- This card's special set number for Battles of Legend: Armageddon is also BLAR-XX10K.

According to a V Jump article, this monster is based on "Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End", while its armor is based on a pen motif.

This card, "Armityle the Chaos Phantasm", "Numeron Chaos Ritual", and "Armed Dragon Thunder LV10" are the only cards that mention an ATK value with 5 digits (10,000 ATK).
- Also, this card is currently the only one that mentions a DEF value with 5 digits (10,000 DEF).
- However, "Number iC1000: Numerounius Numerounia" refers to an ATK/DEF value with 6 digits (100,000).

"Primal Dragon, the Primordial" was specifically designed to support this card.
- This is indicated by its similar artwork and supportive effects, as well as the two cards being released in Japan during the same month in the same year.

This monster appeared in the first icon for non-mobile versions of Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel, as well as some in-game headers.
