Wrong Section?

Should this part be in the Tips section and not the Trivia section?

"This card's second Fusion Material being any Level 6 Dragon-Type monster allows for some odd combinations while mixing decks ("Hieratic Red-Eyes", for example), i.e. fusing any Level 7 "Red-Eyes" monster with "Labradorite Dragon" or "Saffira, Queen of Dragons", even if neither of those monsters being fused with a "Red-Eyes" monster would result in this card"
