Zoroa's mother's hairpin
Zoroa's mother's hairpin is an item in the Magistus of Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG Stories.
History
When Zoroa's mother died, Zoroa kept the hairpin, which had become slightly burned as a memento and brought it with him to the institution he was taken to.[1]
A group of bullies found the hairpin in Zoroa's room and taunted him for having a woman's accessory. Zoroa told them to give it back and said that it was a keepsake of his mother. However the bullies called it junk, noting how it was burnt and one of them threw it into the water, pretending his hand slipped. This enraged Zoroa, causing him to bring out the magical powers he had been suppressing for years. He launched fireballs at them, but Spoon, not wanting to make Zoroa a murderer, intercepted and took the attack, which he was able to survive.[1]
