Duel Puzzle Solutions (WC10)
In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's World Championship 2010: Reverse of Arcadia, duel puzzles are encountered in three places:
- Inside the training facility next to the main Arcadia Movement building (talk to Check).
- Inside Bootleg - the bar in the Daimon Area of New Domino City (talk to Owner).
- Via the 'Tutorial' menu in World Championship Mode, although these duel puzzles are downloaded via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, and so the heading 'Duel Puzzle' will only be there if you have downloaded at least one of these puzzles.
These duel puzzles, like the duel puzzles of past games, present you with a duel scenario where it is your turn and you must win during that turn using only the cards available to you. The following is a list of all of the duel puzzles in Reverse of Arcadia, as well as the solutions to each.
Arcadia Movement (Check)
Check can be found inside the training facility next to the main Arcadia Movement building, and presents you with five different duel puzzles to solve. Towards the start of 5D's Story Mode you are asked to hone your dueling skills in this facility, and one of the methods of doing this is to solve three of the five duel puzzles that Check presents you with. Check's puzzles are the easiest in the game and should be a breeze for anyone with any prior dueling experience.
Compact Duel 1: Normal Summon "Acrobat Monkey", as "Jerry Beans Man" will be destroyed and removed from play by Check's "Bottomless Trap Hole". Then, attack Check directly with Acrobat Monkey and "Tune Warrior" for the win. Do NOT Synchro Summon "Gaia Knight, the Force of Earth", as he too will fall to Bottomless Trap Hole!
Reward: 230DP (200 as Win Game Bonus)
Compact Duel 2: Activate "Malice Dispersion" and discard "Cyber Dragon" for its cost to destroy Check's "Gravity Bind" so you can attack. Then, remove from play all of the LIGHT Machine-Type monsters that are face-up on your side of the field and in your Graveyard ("Jade Knight", "Victory Viper XX03", "Falchionβ", "Blue Thunder T-45", "Lord British Space Fighter", and Cyber Dragon) to Special Summon "Cyber Eltanin" from your hand at 3000 ATK. Cyber Eltanin's effect will then send all three of Check's "Perfect Machine Kings", allowing you to attack Check directly for the win.

Compact Duel 3: Send "Plaguespreader Zombie" from your hand to the Graveyard to Special Summon "Quickdraw Synchron" from your hand. Next, return "Majestic Dragon" from your hand to the "top" of your Deck in order to Special Summon Plaguespreader Zombie from your Graveyard. Normal Summon "Stardust Xiaolong" and tune it with Quickdraw Synchron to Synchro Summon "Turbo Warrior", then tune him with Plaguespreader Zombie to Synchro Summon "Stardust Dragon". Stardust Xiaolong's effect will activate at this point, allowing you to Special Summon it from your Graveyard. After that, activate "One for One", sending "Mad Archfiend" from your hand to the Graveyard in order to Special Summon Majestic Dragon from your "Deck". Tune Stardust Dragon and Stardust Xialong with Majestic Dragon, Synchro Summoning "Majestic Star Dragon". Activate Majestic Star Dragon's effect to negate the effect of Check's "Dark Armed Dragon" and allow Majestic Star Dragon to use that effect itself, then do precisely that and remove from play the Mad Archfiend in your Graveyard (the only DARK monster there) in order to destroy Dark Armed Dragon, thereby allowing you to attack Check directly for the win.

Compact Duel 4:Activate "Solemn Wishes". Flip your "Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter", and choose to destroy a card, select itself to be destroyed. Special Summon "Wulf, Lightsworn Beast" that was milled due to Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter's effect. Tribute Wulf, Lightsworn Beast to summon "Tethys, Goddess of Light". Activate "Jar of Greed" and activate Tethys, Goddess of Light's effect, to draw another card. Special Summon "Judgment Dragon", and activate its effect. Attack Check directly for the win.
