Does Crush Card Virus effect of destroying monster affects including the hand or in the field only?....please help....

the answer is both & it is only once during the time of its effect resolves
- Crush card destroys all 1500 monsters of the opponent on his/her hand or field then you may see all of your opponents draw until the end of his 3rd turn after crush card's activation
