FredCat: Cyber jar, and fiber jar are not the same, Cyber jar destroys all monster cards, While Fiber jar return all card on the field, hand, graveyard to the owner's deck and then shuffle and both player draw 5 cards, Cyber jar should destroy itself by it's own effect even if destroy by battle, because he is not part of this ruling: "You cannot target a monster that is destroy by battle" Cyber jar does not target: It is also not part of this ruling also: " If a monster with a continuous effect destroy itself, it is not applied when destroy by battle" cyber jar is not part of the ruling of continuous effect. Their are no ruling on flip effect destroying them self when they do not target. We already seen why fiber jar is banish by Dark Magician of chaos in a different forum, you where right FredCat their is a limbo zone in between the field and graveyard, and also their is a limbo zone in between the field and the banish zone. In order to return a card in the middle of limbo that is in between the field, and graveyard you have to effect the field and graveyard at the same time to be return to the deck. For some weird reason MST can still destroy an activated monster reborn, an activated monster reborn is already decided to be in the graveyard, so Monster reborn would be in the limbo in between the field and graveyard, and still get destroy by MST in limbo, monster reborn still resolve successfully since it was not negated.[[Special:Contributions/96.44.92.186|96.44.92.186]] ([[User talk:96.44.92.186|talk]]) 17:08, June 27, 2013 (UTC)

In yugioh 2007 video game, I attack a face-down Cyber jar with Dark Magician of Chaos, Cyber jar was destroy by battle, It's flip effect activated he destroy himself, and went in the graveyard, and my Dark Magician of chaos got destroy so it went in the banish zone. Is this game correct on this situation?96.44.92.186 (talk) 12:26, June 27, 2013 (UTC)

That's glitch - Cyber Jar is such to be banished anyways. --iFredCat 12:28, June 27, 2013 (UTC)
Not true -- Cyber Jar does hit the grave because it's destroyed by it's own effect, not by the battle with DMoC. 98.206.70.2 (talk) 14:37, June 27, 2013 (UTC)
Objection: Flip Effect Monsters that have their effects triggered in battle but are still being destroyed by the battle will not be affected by their own effects, and will be placed in the appropriate position resulting from that battle. --Gadjiltron (talkcontribs) 14:45, June 27, 2013 (UTC)

In TCG Substep 6 of the damage step, the rule state: If the Flip Effect of the flipped monster targets, you cannot select a target that has been destroyed during damage calculation.96.44.92.186 (talk) 14:58, June 27, 2013 (UTC)

Cyber jar does not target so it would be destroy by it's own effect even if destroy by battle first. If a continuous effect destroy itself, if it is destroy by battle, their self destruct effect is not applied.96.44.92.186 (talk) 14:58, June 27, 2013 (UTC)

Still, "Cyber Jar" has to be banished. See Fiber Jar Forum - it was also mentioned about itself shuffled to the Deck, and it was banished so it DO NOT shuffled into the Deck afterward, therefore that is true with this. --iFredCat 16:12, June 27, 2013 (UTC)
